A cozy stay with a catch

The hotel was a quiet retreat after a long day of exploring. The friendly front desk staff made check-in effortless, and the breakfast offered a good variety.

Unfortunately, my window lock was broken. Despite this setback, the overall atmosphere was inviting.

Quiet accommodation with marvellous setting just off trucks.

The property was fairly clean, the room was good sized. The staff there were best and RESPECTFUL. I liked the room with a king size bed. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were a big plus.

Our ground floor room was clean, but the window lock was broken.

I book it bc is has a indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi but jacuzzi bubbles never turn on and no towels

There was a nice variety of food and the items that should have been hot always were. Rose, the nice lady that was in charge of bringing the food into the dining area, seemed to be almost on the run to ensure that food was always hot and kept in supply. We also liked the fact that our room was away from traffic noise and very peaceful. The beds were outstandingly comfortable!!! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will stay there again.

A small nit-pick was that our door was very difficult to push open and the key card had to be inserted a number of times before we got a green light. Not a huge deal.

The King Room I stayed in wassuper clean and cozy, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. I especially enjoyed the hot breakfast options, including fluffy scrambled eggs and delicious waffles. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit dated.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very very good and offered everything from cereal to fresh waffles and fruit.

I wish the room safe's lock had been working.

Just a great fit for a passing visit in Silver City with excellent value for money. They kept everything sanitized, made me feel safe. For a quick meal, check out the funky spots downtown.

Although I was traveling with a dog, the dog smell in the room was a bit strong when we entered the room. The bed was a bit to firm for me, but my wife liked it.

Mold along the window seal, very very strong mildew smell. Not a very good rest and my wife is highly allergic to molds we left feeling ill.

The bed was super comfy, really helped me relax after a long day 😊 The breakfast had decent options, but the window lock didn't work right. Would stay here again!

I am extremely disappointed that the hotel manager did not keep her word about changing of a reservation. I reserved for the wrong day through Booked.net. I called less than 5 minutes later and was told by Booked.net that they had successfully altered the reservation with approval of the manager. No such change was made and I was required to pay for two nights instead of one. I will most likely never stay in this hotel again and probably won't use Booked.net.

The essentials, minus the fluff

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The front desk staff were cute and helpful. The environment was quiet and off the road, a nice touch. The breakfast area was clean, with a good selection. A solid choice overall!
